Shipping
We ship orders from Sweden using tracked and insured delivery services through PostNord or other selected shipping partners. All products are carefully packed to help ensure safe transport and delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Non-Collected Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the direct costs incurred for shipping, return shipping, and handling from the refund amount.
Uncollected packages are not considered valid exercises of the right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us in accordance with the withdrawal instructions below before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We accept returns from customers within the European Union in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Due to customs procedures and administrative costs, we do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union unless required by applicable law.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

You must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.
After notifying us, the products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- the item must be returned in unchanged condition;
- the product must be properly packaged to avoid transport damage;
- all original documentation included with the order should be returned where reasonably possible.
You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.
Due to the handmade nature of ceramic products, minor variations in color, glaze, texture, dimensions, and finish are natural characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.
Returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. We therefore recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, or from the date you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Please note:
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law;
- original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required under applicable EU consumer legislation;
- additional shipping costs resulting from the customer selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option are non-refundable.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at: julia@juliaform.com
Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue where applicable.
Consumers have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).
Warrenty and Complaints
Under Swedish consumer law, consumers may have the right to make complaints regarding faulty products for up to three years from delivery, provided the defect existed at the time of delivery.
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
If a complaint is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order another product, please place a new order separately and return the original item in accordance with our return policy.
Refunds for returned items will be processed according to the terms stated above.
